Terms and conditions

Orders are only accepted under the terms and conditions set out below.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt. If there is a problem with availability you will be notified and the appropriate monies refunded or credited.

Payment should be made by cheque, credit/debit card or postal order and should accompany the order. Accounts may be opened subject to satisfactory bank and trade references. All accounts to be paid within 30 days of date of invoice. All goods remain the property of New Seasons until paid for in full.

The Company will charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% p.m. and the debtor will reimburse the Company for the cost of any legal action to recover any debt.

The placement of an order is acknowledgement by the purchaser to have knowledge of the products purchased and the uses of the products sold. New Seasons cannot be held liable for their use. Should you have no experience in handling essential oils and associated products, you purchase goods entirely at your own risk.
