Blends well with: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Citronella, Cinnamon, Clary sage, Geranium, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lemon, Lime, Marjoram, Palmarosa, Pine, Patchouli, Pine, Rosemary, Frankincense and Orange.

Uses

Vaporisation is a hugely popular, simple and effective method for the inhalation of essential oils whilst filling your room with a wonderful fragrance.  Add your choice of essential oils to our specially designed aroma diffuser and sit back and enjoy the atmosphere with no mess, no fuss & no fire!

Massage is an extremely popular method as it allows the oil to absorb directly into the skin.  Dilute 5 drops of your choice of essential oils in 10ml (2tsp) of unfragranced body & shower oil or carrier oil.

Bathing is an enjoyable way to use essential oils.  Add up to 8 drops of essential oil to 5ml (1 tsp) of our unfragranced bath oil and disperse into the warm bath by swishing your hand.  Relax and enjoy for at least 10 minutes allowing the oils to soak in.

Warnings

Do not apply undiluted to the skin.  Do not take internally.  Keep away from eyes and children.  If pregnant seek professional advice before use.  Store in a cool dark place.  Use within 12 months.
