Description: Bergamot is a small yellow/green citrus fruit which grow on small trees mainly from Calabria in Italy and are grown specifically for its oil.
Extraction: Cold pressed from fruit rind
Aromatherapy uses: A diverse oils used for balancing the emotions, spirit and body.
Skin: Affectively used for re-balancing the skin and suitable for both dry and oily skin types.
Nervous system: Due to its gentle yet uplifting nature it has a grounding sedative yet uplifting affect. It is often used to balance the emotions.
Digestive system: recommended for indigestion due to nervous disponsition
Safety: Cold pressed is photo-toxic and not recommended for leave on products if going in the sun, our recommendation is to use FCF for any skin application.
