General

The placement of an order is acknowledgement by the purchaser to have knowledge of the products purchased and their uses. New Seasons cannot be held liable for their use. Should the purchaser have no experience in handling essential oils and associated products, the goods are purchased entirely at your own risk.

All oils are sold at wholesale prices.

Payment

Acceptable methods of payment are - credit card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque, debit card or postal order. Payment should accompany the order.

Credit card security - all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Trade accounts may be opened subject to receipt of satisfactory bank and trade references. Payment terms are 30 days from of date of invoice. All goods remain the property of New Seasons until paid for in full. The Company will charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% pcm and the debtor will reimburse the Company for the cost of any legal action to recover any debt.

If you are shopping from outside of the UK all orders will be charged in GB Pounds. We will contact you to advise carriage charges to your specific address.

Backordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.

VAT will be added at 17.5% to all orders from the UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Privacy Policy

New Seasons Natural Products Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on our shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

We will normally dispatch your order in 3 business days . If an item is not in stock then it will be placed on ‘back order’ for you. We will email to advise any ‘back ordered’ items and you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and appropriate monies will be refunded or credited to your account.

New Seasons will offer a full refund for any oil if you are not entirely satisfied, for whatever reason.

Shipping And Handling Orders outside the UK - orders can vary greatly in weight and due to the variety of carriage methods the cost of postage outside of the UK can vary significantly in price. For this reason we calculate the cost of postage individually so that customers get the actual cost of postage and not a general cost that may be higher than the true cost for delivering their specific order. All overseas orders are priced accordingly and the postage cost will be agreed with customers before orders are dispatched and transactions completed.
